Homemade Ranch Dressing

Whip up this delicious ranch dressing for pizza, salads, veggies, or anything you want! It keeps well in the fridge, and the homemade seasoning mix will stay good in the cupboard for months. This ranch dressing is super easy to make and beats any store-bought ranch.

Ingredients
  

Ranch Seasoning Mix:

  • 3/4 Cup Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 Cup Minced Dried Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Chives or Dill (either one, or half and half of both is good)
  • 3 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper

Ranch Dressing:

  • 1-2 Tbsp Dry Ranch Mix (to taste)
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Yogurt or Buttermilk (Remember, you can use sour cream if you want a thicker dip, you can use buttermilk if you want a runnier dressing, or you could minimize the amount of mayo and replace it with more yogurt or sour cream for a healthier version)

Instructions
 

Ranch Seasoning Instructions:

  • Add all dry ingredients to a food processor and process until very fine and well-mixed.
  • Store in a jar in the cupboard.

Ranch Dressing Instructions:

  • Add mayo, yogurt, and dry ranch mix together and stir until combined. Store in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This dry ranch mix will stay shelf stable for many months, ready to use whenever you need it. 
The completed ranch dressing dip stores well in the fridge for at least 2-3 weeks.
